Schedule Your Install Date
Arrange payment of your project fee then our team will contact you to schedule an install or start date to suit your needs. We can be available at short notice if you need to act quickly. We can arrange to collect the keys in advance, or from agents / key-safes so you do not need to be at the property for us to commence work.

Book Your Design Consultation
Schedule your Design Consultation with our team. This remote session allows us to discuss your specific requirements, preferences and ideas for your property. We will discuss a budget for the project and your goals for the property's future. A full proposal and bespoke quotation will follow within 24 hours of your call.

The Magic Happens
Idyllia's team turn your property into your guests' dream stay. A standard property can be fully staged in 1-2 days. For larger projects or complex design aspects, we will advise of the projected timescales prior to commencement. Complimentary photography will be sent within 5 days of your completed install (usually sooner).

How much does SA design & staging cost?
All serviced accommodation properties we work on are unique, and our service is completely bespoke. We discuss budgets with you in detail before providing a quote and can work with a range of budgets.
Where is Idyllia based - do you cover my area?
We focus our SA design & staging services around Wales and South West England. Our HQ is not far from Cardiff.
For larger projects, we are happy to discuss a location outside of our usual area - please get in touch if you would like to work with the Idyllia team.
Can I rent the furniture from Idyllia long term?
We source and purchase all furniture and accessories for your serviced accommodation property, and would be glad to discuss a long term rental solution for you if preferred. An initial sourcing & design fee is applicable.
